I’m Ruchi Sarna, founder of Thrivo Consulting. I am a leadership trainer, executive coach, and a transformation strategist. With over 25 years of corporate experience across MNCs and high-growth startups, I’ve built my career at the crossroads of people, performance, and process.
I've led global teams, built scalable systems, fixed what's broken, and helped professionals at every level navigate change with clarity and confidence.
But this isn’t just work to me, it’s purpose.
